Dear all,

As you know, here at Technocentra, we are always looking to grow our teams with talented people, just like you. That’s why, we are excited to announce our very first Employee Referral Bonus Program @ Technocentra, Hyderabad. Refer qualified candidates and as a “Thank You,” we will offer you Rs.20,000/- subject to the below mentioned rules:

1. This is an exclusively internal program. People external to Technocentra are not eligible to participate in the same.
2. All employees other than the Management and HR Department personnel are eligible for participating in the Employee Referral Bonus Program and in receiving referral bonuses.
3. The hiring of a referred employee must occur within six months of the initial referral date.
4. The referral must represent the candidate's first contact with our organization. Also temporary contract and former employees are not eligible candidates for referral.
5. To be eligible for an award, the referrals must first be submitted to Human Resources Department and must include a Candidate Referral Form along with the candidate’s resume.
6. Once a referral is hired and completes 90 calendar days of service, the employee responsible for the referral will receive the referral bonus.
7. The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
8. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with our organization’s policies and procedures, and all information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.

All you need to do is:

1. Regularly check our careers page https://technocentra.com/job-opening/ for new openings.

AND

1. Refer those candidates from your network who meet the qualifications, to our HR department using the attached Candidate Referral Form.

If your candidate is hired, you will be awarded Rs.20,000/- (less taxes) within 90 days of their hire date!
